Should energy policy be devolved from Westminster to the Scottish Parliament?

SNP MSP Stephen Gethins has called for energy powers to be transferred to Holyrood. He cited Ipsos polling showing 51% of Scots favour devolution and a CBI report stating net-zero industries contribute £10.2 billion GVA and 105,000 jobs. Reform UK MSP Duncan Massey rejected the call, arguing energy should remain a Westminster responsibility.
