Should North East Lincolnshire Council build permanent toilets on Cleethorpes seafront?

Temporary toilets will be installed on Cleethorpes seafront in the next few weeks ahead of summer. The opposition Labour group secured cross-party support for a February budget amendment allocating £450,000 for a permanent toilet block.
