Should the UK government devolve full control of youth justice to Wales?

Wales currently shares a single criminal justice jurisdiction with England. A Ministry of Justice white paper published this week proposes giving the Welsh government limited new powers over youth justice funding from April 2027. The Welsh government has called for full devolution of justice, as already exists in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
