Jones’s Commons record sits Centre across 115 scored divisions, making the contrast more than a party quirk. The sharper reading is that a seat which changed hands through the Liberal Democrat route now shows the political afterlife of the Conservative-to-Reform lane, with the old centre-right coalition no longer pointing in one direction.

The resident labels reinforce that pattern without making it uniform: The Split-Ticket Conservative sits alongside The Early-Days Traditionalist and The Early Fiscal Disciplinarian. Wokingham’s platform is therefore not a miniature version of its election result, but a small test of whether fiscal discipline and cultural traditionalism are pulling voters beyond the party that won the seat.
