Should Scotland create a £360m national software reseller framework for public bodies?

The Scottish Government has published plans for a national collaborative framework worth £360m for software and support services. Public bodies including councils and the NHS would purchase through the framework from specialist resellers. The Scottish Procurement agency issued the commercial notice on 18 June 2026.
