ASR Property Trading Limited has applied for planning permission and listed building consent to convert the Grade II-listed Customs House, off Cleethorpe Road, into seven flats and one retail unit. The late-1800s building has stood vacant in recent years after previous uses as restaurants, nightclubs and offices. Earlier plans for nine flats were scaled back following Environment Agency advice on flood risk.
