Should North East Lincolnshire Council build and run extra care housing on the former Western Secondary School site?

North East Lincolnshire Council plans to procure one provider to design, build and manage an extra care housing facility at the former Western Secondary School site on Cambridge Road, Grimsby. The contract would also cover on-site support and care services. A Preliminary Market Engagement notice has been issued to test supplier interest before any formal tender.
