Should Palestine Action remain a proscribed organisation in the UK?
Palestine Action is a proscribed terrorist organisation under the Terrorism Act 2000, so belonging to it or expressing support for it is a criminal offence carrying up to 14 years in prison. The ban took effect on 5 July 2025 after activists damaged two aircraft at RAF Brize Norton. The High Court ruled it unlawful in February 2026, but the Court of Appeal reinstated it in June 2026. A Supreme Court appeal is due to be heard early next month, and arrests of supporters have continued, including in September 2026.

If they stuck to just protesting then obviously not but breaking into an RAF base to damage military aircraft crosses a massive line from protest into a direct national security threat. The Court of Appeal reinstated this ban for a reason. Covert, organised campaigns to destroy military assets aren't just 'civil disobedience' anymore. Edited

Yes. The terrorists of Palestinian Action have destroyed millions of pounds worth of UK military assets, have used sledgehammers to break the backs of Police officers and conducted scores of violent criminal damage attacks on private property with the intent of terrorising businesses and the public. Those who support them should be jailed. That many of them are also racists only compounds their crimes. Edited
An absolutely ludicrous situation. A complete embarrassment to the UK to find ourselves in the position where gangs of black clad masked fascists can rampage around the place intimidating people and causing trouble and NOTHING happens. BUT we're arresting grannies for holding signs and demanding Israel stop committing genocide
