Should Labour proceed with the Pension Schemes Act reforms regardless of any leadership change?

The pensions minister says Labour remains committed to the Pension Schemes Act reforms. He states implementation will not be affected by any change of prime minister. Much of the current industry activity stems from the Act and the shift from defined benefit to defined contribution schemes.
