Should the UK bring back whole-life sentences for more offences?
Whole-life orders in the UK impose imprisonment with no possibility of parole and are currently reserved for the most serious cases, mainly certain categories of murder such as multiple or sadistic killings, as well as some terrorist offences. Recent high-profile cases, including the 2025 prison murder of child-killer Kyle Bevan that resulted in additional whole-life sentences for three inmates and ongoing campaigns around grooming gang perpetrators and child murders, have renewed calls to apply them to a broader range of violent and sexual crimes. The policy remains unchanged under the current government, with life sentences for other grave offences still allowing for minimum terms after which release can be considered.

Bring back capital punishment
Voting 'No', specifically because I think we can do better. Death penalty for the worst offenders and deportation or forced labour for others. The question isn't specific enough. Try again.
Locking someone up forever costs us a fortune. If they've done something that bad then just hang the b++tards.
