Yes something needs to be done here as too many lives have been taken because of poor judgement decisions from judges. Someone needs to hold them accountable.
Yes, they should. The reason they are not is that about potential disciplinary actions decides group of other judges and as we know dog does not eat dog. Maybe some kind of election heads of the courts and giving them power to discipline judges would improve the situation.
