Should the UK impose joint cyber sanctions on Russian state and criminal networks?

The UK and EU have announced the first joint cyber sanctions package targeting 24 Russian individuals and entities, including GRU senior leadership, for orchestrating cyber-attacks, election interference and spreading anti-Ukraine disinformation.
