Should disabled parking be limited to people with a physical disability?
UK Blue Badge parking provides closer spaces for people with mobility difficulties, with eligibility based on walking ability, pain levels, or certain hidden conditions such as severe respiratory or cardiac issues. Misuse of badges by those who can walk easily is a frequent complaint, with reports of able-bodied drivers parking in these spaces. Recent social media discussions highlight frustration from wheelchair users unable to access spots taken by people without visible disabilities.

Seems obvious - if it's hard to walk due to a physical disability, the spot is for you. If you're just a bit dim, you can probably walk fine. If you're mentally shot, you probably get driven by someone else anyways. Situational but yes.
