Has the Nigel Farage bubble burst?
Nigel Farage leads Reform UK, which won 14% of the vote and five seats at the 2024 general election. Recent polls show Reform support declining to around 24% or lower in mid-2026, its weakest in 18 months, while Farage's net favourability has fallen to a record -46 or -27 amid scrutiny over an undeclared £5 million crypto gift and party finances. A Clacton by-election is scheduled for August 2026 where Farage faces challengers including Count Binface.
